BSC Booking Update
To All BSC Members,
From Saturday 11 July members do not require a booking to shoot practice.
Shooting starts @ 10am.
Please Note: For Corporate bookings, we will advise once bookings can resume.
Club to reopen Pre-booked 5 stands
Brisbane Sporting Clays is looking to reopen for clay target shooting on Saturday XX/XX/XX, albeit on a restricted basis due to certain Govt restrictions still being in place.
The club’s reopening will be initially based around 5 stand layouts only. We will have 3 different 5 Stands available, however, access to these layouts will only be permitted via an on-line booking process. There will be no “walk-around’ shooting available for the time being.
ALL SHOOTING WILL NEED TO BE PRE-BOOKED – no walk-ins or just turning up and shooting.
Bookings to shoot will need to be made via the booking system on our website. Just follow the link from the home page.
Please note that all shooters must be licensed, no unlicensed shooters will be allowed to participate under these initial re-opening arrangements.
Each shooting session will be a full 25 target round on one of the 5 Stand layouts. You can select the layout you want to shoot at the time of booking. If you want to do more than 1 round on the day, you will need to book separately for each round you wish to shoot.
We have allowed 30 minutes for each round so if you want to do multiple rounds you will need to book each round at a different time slot.
The cost for each round will be $9 (plus normal range fee) payable when you arrive and sign-in. Unfortunately, you will be unable to use your BSC target card during this time until we get back to normal “walk-around” shooting.
While having to pre-book your shooting times may be a small inconvenience in the short term, it does allow the club to open and start shooting again while still complying with Govt health guidelines and restrictions in place.

Open for Business
To All BSC Members and Guests,
BSC will be open for all shooting activities on Saturday 21 August.
Please Note: Corporate bookings will resume on Sunday 29 August.
COVID Lockdown
To All BSC Members,
The Queensland Government has determined that all shooting sports fall under the category of community sport and therefore BSC will be closed for all shooting activities until Sunday 22 August at 4pm.

Motorised Cart Hire
Brisbane Sporting Clays now has motorised golf style carts available for hire for use to get around the range.
- Cart hire is only available for current members of clubs affiliated with Sporting Clays Australia
- They are available for 3 hour sessions starting at either 9.30am or 1.00pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and must be returned to the club house promptly at 12.30pm or 4.00pm depending on session booked.
- Carts can only be booked by an individual hirer for one session per day on Fridays and Saturdays
- Cost – $35 per 3hr session on Fridays and Saturdays
- Carts are available for club completion days without booking but will be on a first in-first served basis
- Cost – $70 per competition day
- Each cart can take a maximum of 4 persons
- Hirer must be 18 years of age or over and hold a current drivers licence
- You will need to complete a Hire Agreement before each use, and abide by the Cart Operation and Rules as displayed on the cart
Cart Operation and Rules
- Drive carefully and responsibly at all times
- Maximum of 4 persons allowed in cart
- All persons to remain seated in cart whilst moving
- No Standing on bumper bars or sides of cart
- Apply park brake when not being driven
- Do not drive into areas marked off with signs, tape, orange cones or bollards
- Do not drive or park beyond or past shooting stands
- Avoid wet or damp areas
